About the Author Wolf Ademeit was born in 1954 and lives in Rheinberg, Germany. Although the artist prefers to call himself a hobbyist, as the owner of an advertising agency and a photo studio, his professional life has always been closely connected with photography. Ademeit's distinctive approach makes his works stand out from a long row of ever-trendy black-and-white photography. Rather than focusing on wildlife in its natural habitat, Ademeit finds charm and personality in the facial expressions of his subjects alone and creates an artistic portrayal that is often reserved for human portraiture.
